Privacy
Introduction
At Integrity Media, Inc. and its affiliates and
subsidiaries ("Integrity" or "we"), we know how
much you care about how information about you
is used and shared by the companies with which
you interact. We also believe that, in order to
validate your trust in us, and to maintain that
trust, it is important that you fully understand
why we collect certain information about you,
when we collect that information, and how we use
it.
The Privacy Policy applies to all of Integrity's
businesses and covers the collection, use and
disclosure of any personal information relating
to you that may be collected by Integrity any
time you interact with us, either through the
use of our websites, when you call our customer
service department, or when you purchase any of
our products or services. Please take a moment
to read our Privacy Policy carefully in order
to learn more about our information, collection,
use and handling practices. If you have any questions
whatsoever, please do not hesitate to contact
us using the information in the section below
entitled "Contact information".
We collect various types of information from
and about our customers for a variety of purposes,
including the processing of their orders or other
requests, improving the customer experience, improving
existing services, providing new products and
services, communicating with customers, and providing
customer service and support. We collect this
information from our customers when they visit
our web site, request information about our products
or services, make purchases, submit surveys, participate
in sweepstakes or other contest entries, or when
customers contact our customer service department
(or other departments within Integrity). We collect
this information to assure that we effectively
meet your needs as our consumer, and to enhance
your experience when you visit our site and otherwise
interact with Integrity.
From time to time, we will also request various
types of personal information from you, such as
your first and last name, current address, email
address, phone number, age, credit card number,
password, and place of worship. We request this
information for the purpose of facilitating your
purchases of our products, to allow you convenient
access to Integrity accounts, to confirm your
identity, to verify your age for certain products
or services, and to better serve your specific
interests through our sites and services.
Certain services we offer may be tailored to
your denomination. As such, we may ask you to
identify your place of worship. You will, of course,
have the option to decline to provide this information;
however, if it is required for a particular service,
you will be unable to obtain that service. We
will limit the information we request of you to
only that which is required to process your request
for the product or service you want and where
necessary to enable you to access or use the applicable
features or activities in which you have expressed
an interest.
Integrity may also obtain information about you
from other sources, such as companies that update
and verify email and physical addresses, for the
purpose of updating and enhancing our files.
Information collected automatically when
you visit our web site.
When using our web site, we automatically collect
information about you, including your Internet
protocol (IP) address, and various other technological
pieces of information, including browser type,
version of browser, plug-ins, clickstream data,
operating system, date/time stamp, and purchasing
activity.
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer
to your computer's hard drive through your
Web browser. They enable our systems to recognize
you through your browser, when you log on, and
to provide you certain personalized features,
including the storage of items in your shopping
cart in between visits.
Like most other companies that engage in online
commerce, Integrity uses "cookies" and other technologies
to identify which parts of our website are the
most popular, how easily our website is navigated,
and how much time our customers spend in each
section. This is standard practice with many similar
companies, and it helps us structure our website
to meet your unique needs and make our website
more friendly. Among other uses, Cookies also
help us customize your experience with us, by
enabling us to remember what products you may
have looked at previously, identify who you are
so that we can customize a greeting for you, and
so we can personalize Integrity's other, sometimes
unrelated, interactions with you. You may, of
course, choose to disable the cookies, but, if
you do, certain functions or areas of our website
will become unavailable to you as a result. Any
links contained on our website that lead to websites
for companies not in the Integrity corporate family
are not governed by our Privacy Policy and we
are not responsible for the privacy practices
or content of those websites.
Some of our email communications to you may include
a "click-through URL" linked to a particular page
on our website. By clicking on one of these URLs,
you will automatically enter our website. Our
systems track this information to gauge the effectiveness
of our email communications and your level of
interest in particular areas. You may avoid having
this information collected by avoiding clicking
on URL links in our email communications. Please
note, that we will NEVER send you an email with
an imbedded link that asks for your password or
any financial or account information; passwords
are for your protection. If you EVER receive such
an email, please contact us immediately using
the information in the section below entitled
"Contact information".
We also use pixel tags to identify what pages
of our website are visited most frequently and
to evaluate the effectiveness of the search functions
on our website.
Like most companies, we collect information about
you for a variety of purposes. We collect it in
order to provide you with products and services
that we believe may interest you; to verify access
rights to user accounts and services, develop
and provide personalized content to individual
customers, to identify the month and date in which
you were born for purposes of providing birthday
greetings and special rewards, to track activity
on the site; and to facilitate improvements to
the overall customer experience. In addition,
we may also collect information about you in order
for us to pay any required royalties or license
fees to copyright holders and content distributors,
as necessary, and to update required software
or licensing agreements.
We recognize that parents, guardians, or other
adults often purchase our products for family
use, including use by minors. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children under
13.
From time to time, we may use information relating
to you to contact you about your participation
in surveys, contests, or other Integrity Media
activities. We may also use the information to
communicate with you regarding Integrity product
and service offerings and upgrades or to provide
you with news updates, free articles of interest,
promotions or special offers.
If information relating to a third party is collected
from you, such as when you purchase a gift for
a friend, we will use the information only for
the purpose of processing the transaction and
we will not retain the information or share it
with any other entity except as required to process
the transaction.
We may sell or rent certain personal information,
such as street or email addresses, to unaffiliated
third parties as permitted under applicable law.
When we do provide this information to third parties,
it is under limited circumstances and we do so
only when these parties have products or services
that Integrity believes may be of interest to
you.
Once the information is shared with or transferred
to a third party, the use of that information
is governed by that third party's Privacy Policy
and not this Privacy Policy. However, before we
transfer any such information to a third party,
we will assure that it has policies and procedures
in place that are substantially similar to our
policy and which are therefore designed to protect
your privacy. We also require the companies with
which we have contractual arrangements to have
reasonable protections in place, substantially
similar to ours, to safeguard customer information
against unauthorized use, access, destruction
or loss. Regardless of the foregoing, Integrity
will not transfer any personal information of
European Union residents to any entity in a country
that does not ensure an adequate level of protection
as recognized by the European Union, unless the
entity adheres to an exception recognized by the
European Union (e.g. the U.S. Safe Harbor).
To help us provide you with superior service,
timely completion of purchases and returns, as
well as accurate shipments, we may share certain
information relating to you within the Integrity
corporate family of entities. We may also share
certain personal information with strategic, co-branded
or joint partners and with third party processors
or vendors, as necessary, to process your orders
or requests and otherwise administer the account
(however, we will only share credit or debit card
information as required to effectively process
your credit or debit card payment). These entities
help us provide many important services to you,
such as extending credit, fulfilling and shipping
orders, providing customer service and performing
customer satisfaction surveys. Our agreements
with these entities require them to protect the
personal information you give us in accordance
with our Privacy Policy. Your election to opt-out
of the data sharing in the previous paragraph
is not an opt-out for the data sharing described
in this paragraph.
On occasion, we may be required by law or litigation
to disclose personal information pertaining to
you. We may also disclose such information if
we determine that for national security, law enforcement,
or other issues of public importance or safety,
disclosure is necessary. At times, we may share
personal information in aggregate, so that no
one individual can be identified.
We may also transfer personal information to
a third party as a result of a sale or acquisition,
merger, or bankruptcy involving us.
We will make available to you through account
administration, when you establish an account
with us, when you purchase products without using
an account and in certain communications from
Integrity, a procedure to opt-out from receiving
marketing communications from Integrity (e.g.
surveys and contents) and from Integrity selling
or renting personal information to unaffiliated
third parties. In addition, you can always contact
Integrity using the information in the section
below entitled "Contact information" to request
that Integrity not share personal information
with unaffiliated third parties. However, we may
continue to send you email about items, products
or services that you have previously purchased
(such as information about product upgrades or
recalls) or to inform you about other issues relating
to our existing relationship with you, including
but not limited to, confirming an order, updating
you on order status, and informing you about changes
to this Privacy Policy.
You will have the ability to access certain information
that we have about you through your user name
and password. Once you log on to the website,
you can change your password, update billing information
or shipping address, change preferences, and control
email communications. Please remember that your
password is for your protection, and no Integrity
employee will ever ask you it.
Safeguards to protect customer information
against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access
disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Integrity takes its obligation to secure personal
information very seriously. We utilize technological,
physical, and administrative methods to protect
personal information against unauthorized access,
loss, theft, misuse, alteration, disclosure or
destruction. However, in the event that the personal
information that we maintain about you is accessed
or acquired by an unauthorized individual or individuals
such that you face a significant risk of identify
theft, we will make reasonable efforts to notify
you of the incident so that you may take appropriate
steps to protect yourself against fraud or identity
theft.
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption
on all website pages where personal information
appears or is collected. If you wish to make a
purchase from our website, you must use an SSL-enabled
browser (for example, Netscape Navigator 3.0 or
later, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari).
We use 128 bit encryption in our SSL sessions
to protect personal customer information, including
credit card information transmitted to our website
for making purchases.
You can help us protect the personal information
you provide to us by keeping your password confidential
at all times and by not sharing it with any other
person. You should also change your password frequently
and be sure to use a combination of letters and
numbers.
We regularly review our Privacy Policy to ensure
that it is consistent with industry standards
and is kept up to date with respect to how we
treat your personal privacy and the information
you provide to us, as well as to ensure that the
Privacy Policy reflects the latest security and
technology we employ. As such, from time to time
we may update or revise this Privacy Policy. In
the event we make changes, we will send an email
to those customers for whom we maintain an email
address to provide notice of such changes and
will provide a description of the changes to the
Privacy Policy on our website. Any such description
of the changes will be available for thirty days
from the date of the revisions.

As stated previously, Integrity collects information
about you through your interactions with us. The
Integrity websites include community areas (e.g.,
forums, bulletin boards and chat rooms) in which
you may participate after establishing an account
on the associated Integrity website. Although
your participation in an Integrity community is
governed by this Privacy Policy, there are certain
important characteristics of such a community
that you should always keep in mind.
Registration information we collect will be used
as you interact with an Integrity community to:
authenticate users; provide communications from
Integrity to users regarding the community; and
administer the community (including, but not limited
to, managing the technical requirements of the
site and monitoring submissions and posts for
offensive content after posting and removing such
content in Integrity's sole discretion).
You should be aware that information (including
your name, email address, address, or phone number)
provided by you in a posting on an Integrity community
or any bulletin board is available (even after
you stop participating in the community) to any
other individual who has access to that same community
and may be used by another individual in a manner
unintended by you, including as a target for unsolicited
communications. You should therefore treat any
information provided by you in the content of
a submission or post to an Integrity community
as public information. For this reason, we urge
you to act cautiously in providing any such information
in your submissions or posts, as we are not liable
for any use or misuse by an individual user of
the information you provide in a submission or
post.
Upon termination of a community, personal information
collected through this site by Integrity will continue
to be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
